Welcome to Bando Bar! Staines newest Restrocafe. We’re your go-to destination for soulful flavors in Staines-upon-Thames! As a family-owned business established in 2022, we take pride in offering a unique culinary experience rooted in our passion for good food and warm hospitality.
Having lived in this area for most of our lives, we noticed a gap in the local dining scene for soul food with a twist. Determined to fill that void, we embarked on a journey to create a menu that celebrates the rich flavors and comforting dishes we grew up with.

2019: Bobby has always been passionate about cooking and feeding friends and family. After building a successful construction business, the idea for a food venture was born during COVID-19, initially called ‘Bobs Boxes’.
2020: With COVID in full force, Bobby opened a drive-in shisha lounge in the Midlands, known as Lunar Lounge, which quickly went viral. This is where Bobs Boxes was launched, and it became an instant hit!
2021: As the brand grew steadily, new dishes were added. This was the year we decided to transform it into a recognizable brand.
2022: We rebranded to Burgers Wings N Tings to clearly convey our specialty. Due to high demand, we opened our first London branch.
2023: Our growth continued with the opening of our third branch in Southall, London. This unique ‘hole in the wall’ concept was perfect for quick, order-and-go service.
2024: We introduced our own range of Jerk Chicken, which is rapidly gaining popularity. We’re still expanding and hope to open three new stores by the end of the year.
